Crowned in the ChaosPrivacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
Crowned in the Chaos is Carletha Frazier’s personal brand and email community. This policy describes information handled through this website, its signup form, and communications with us. Contact us at crownedinthechaos@gmail.com with privacy questions.
Information collected
When you join the email community, the form collects your name, email address, and email consent. Our form provider may also record submission time, time zone, and technical information associated with a submission. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you include in your message. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the newsletter form.
Hosting and form services may process information such as your IP address, browser, device information, and request logs to deliver the website, operate the form, and protect against misuse.
How information is used
We use signup information to maintain the Crowned in the Chaos email list and send the reflections, conversations, new videos, and updates you requested. We also use information to respond to messages, record consent and unsubscribe requests, and maintain the website. Joining this list does not sign you up for Carletha’s other business, nonprofit, or campaign mailing lists.
Services and access
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The signup form and contact records are managed through Level Up CRM, a GoHighLevel-based service. Email and hosting providers process information as needed to deliver these services. The CRM account is part of a shared agency account; authorized account administrators may have access to contact records. Signup information is not displayed publicly on this website.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect rights and safety. This policy covers our handling of information; providers’ own handling is governed by their policies.
Cookies and third-party links
The embedded form and hosting services may use cookies or similar browser technologies for their operation. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect the form. No Facebook advertising pixel has been added to this website or signup form. Following a social media link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can request to stop receiving email at any time by writing to crownedinthechaos@gmail.com or using the unsubscribe option in our email updates. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete your signup information. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Retention and security
We retain signup records to manage subscriptions and communications. After an unsubscribe request, we may retain a limited record of the address and request to prevent further mailing and document consent history. Contact us to request deletion; some records may need to remain for legal or security purposes. Service providers may retain logs and backups under their own policies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and policy changes
This website and email community are intended for adults. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
