I'm Carletha.

I've built businesses, raised my sons, served my community, led, started again, changed direction, and lived through seasons that looked nothing like what I expected.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I realized something:

Becoming doesn't happen after life is figured out. It happens while we're living it.
