I'm Carletha Frazier.
For much of my life, I've been known by what I do. I've built businesses, worked in real estate, served my community, led organizations, raised my sons, and carried responsibilities that required me to keep showing up.
And I'm proud of those things.
But I've also learned that the titles we carry don't tell the whole story of who we are.
There are seasons of growth that don't look like progress from the outside. There are changes we didn't anticipate, decisions that require courage, and moments when we have to get honest about what we need and what we want next.
I've experienced those seasons too.
And through them, I've come to understand that becoming isn't something we do after life settles down.
It happens while we're building, leading, loving, grieving, rebuilding, changing direction, and learning ourselves again.
That's part of why Crowned in the Chaos exists.
I wanted to create a space where we could have real conversations about identity, purpose, resilience, and becoming without pretending that the journey is always easy or that we have everything figured out.
This isn't about having a perfect story.
It's about recognizing that our experiences matter, our voices matter, and there is still more of us to discover.
I'm still becoming. And I believe you are too.
